By using www.signalpointmassage.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Signal Point Massage, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Signal Point Massage provides therapeutic massage services in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, prenatal, senior, and hot stone massage, cupping, and aromatherapy upgrades.
Not Medical Advice
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose illness or injury, prescribe medication, or perform spinal adjustments. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consult a licensed physician for any medical condition, and tell us about any condition, injury, medication, or pregnancy before your session so we can treat you safely.
Health Disclosure and Consent
You agree to provide accurate and complete health information on your intake form and to update us of any changes. Treatment is provided only with your informed consent. You may ask to adjust pressure, change technique, or end the session at any time for any reason.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrival
Appointments are booked through our online scheduling provider or by phone. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late arrival may shorten your session so that the following client is not delayed; the full session rate still applies. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed by Square. Prices are subject to change; the price quoted at the time of booking applies to that appointment. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
Professional Conduct
Signal Point Massage provides therapeutic massage only. Any request for or suggestion of services of a sexual nature will result in immediate termination of the session, payment in full, and refusal of future service. Draping is used at all times and is not optional.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to text messages, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, Signal Point Massage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided will not exceed the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content on this website is provided for general information and is offered "as is" without warranty. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Third-Party Links

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
