Every session is tailored to where you are in your pregnancy and what your body needs most.

Can I get a massage in my first trimester?

We do not perform prenatal massage during the first trimester (weeks 1–12). The risk of miscarriage is highest during this period, and many therapists and healthcare providers advise waiting until the second trimester. Please consult your OB or midwife if you have any concerns.

What position will I be in during the massage?

For most of the session you will be comfortably positioned on your side with supportive pillows. Roberto will ensure you are fully supported and comfortable throughout, never placing pressure on your abdomen.
